Thank you for leading a CONC activity

There are several resources available to you:

• A first aid kit (If you wish to carry this, please contact Sherrell)
• A set of walkie-talkies (If you wish to use these, please contact Sherrell)
• A general policy document. Please read this document.
• A set of specialized policy documents,
  • waiver form for visitors,
  • information on risk assessment and mitigation,
  • a summary document for leaders,
  • attendance sheet (usable by everyone), and
  • incident report.

Please be familiar with these documents.

Please print the waiver, attendance sheet, and incident report and take them to your activity. Have the participants sign the first or second form (as appropriate) and hopefully you’ll never need to use the third. Please return the signed documents to the CONC president after the activity.
