2022 BC Nature Conference & AGM Registration

Hosted by the Central Okanagan Naturalists’ Club (CONC) at the

UBC Okanagan Campus, 3333 University Way, Kelowna, BC

** Non-members must join BC Nature ($25 annual membership) or a Member Club to attend events.

One registration per person attending. A signed Waiver Form is required for each registrant, download here. Note that you sign the document by typing your name and the date in the appropriate fields. The digital ID is needed only if the applicant is a minor.

Please note the following motion, passed by the BC Nature Executive on March 30. At all meetings under the control of BC Nature, in-person participants must be in compliance with BC Provincial Health Officer orders in effect at the time of the meeting.

Registration will become effective on the date payment and all completed forms are received. A registration confirmation will be sent by email.

Cut-off date for registration is April 20, 2022 or when maximum capacity is reached. No refunds after April 15. Note that earlier refunds are subject to a $10 administration fee.

    Full Registration: includes all presentations, field trips, birding
    Note: does not include Friday Barbecue, Saturday Banquet or Pontoon Boat
    Thursday Evening only: speaker, coffee, tea, cookies
    Friday only: early morning birding, speakers, field trips
    Saturday only: early morning birding, field trips, buffet lunch, AGM
    Friday Barbecue
    Saturday Banquet: Guest Speaker, silent auction, awards
    Saturday: Pontoon Boat field trip

    Please select your first, second and third choices—trips will be assigned by order of registration and preference. Waitlists will be maintained to accommodate participants, but spots cannot be guaranteed once trips are fully booked. We recommend good walking shoes/boots; bring water, snacks and hiking poles (moderate-difficulty levels).
  • Saturday Field Trips
