One registration per person attending. A signed Waiver Form is required for each registrant, download here. Note that you sign the document by typing your name and the date in the appropriate fields. The digital ID is needed only if the applicant is a minor.

Please note the following motion, passed by the BC Nature Executive on March 30. At all meetings under the control of BC Nature, in-person participants must be in compliance with BC Provincial Health Officer orders in effect at the time of the meeting.

Registration will become effective on the date payment and all completed forms are received. A registration confirmation will be sent by email.

Cut-off date for registration is April 20, 2022 or when maximum capacity is reached. No refunds after April 15. Note that earlier refunds are subject to a $10 administration fee.
